LaRousse City Guide

Welcome to LaRousse City, the city of wind and science! Located just along Route 120 at the confluence of two rivers, LaRousse is a somewhat secluded northern city in Hoenn. It is a technologically advanced city with moving walkways and a significant presence of Blocky robots. The city's primary power source seems to be its windmills.
