Sandgem Town Guide

Welcome to Sandgem Town, the town of sand! Professor Rowan's laboratory is located here, and this is where beginning Trainers that reside in the Sinnoh region go to receive their starter Pokémon, a choice of either Turtwig, Chimchar, or Piplup. A trio of routes lay south of Sandgem.

Trainers that are starting out in Sinnoh visit Professor Rowan's Laboratory to receive their choice of starters: Turtwig, Chimchar or Piplup. The Professor has many assistants, and Researchers are known to come and go.

Route 202
Route 202 is a short route that connects Sandgem to the thriving Jubilife. Shinx and Starly run wild on its grassy layout.
Routes 219, 220 & 221
South of Sandgem, these three routes host certain Pokémon due to their variation in terrain; water, grass, forest, and beach make a thriving home on the roads' length. Pal Park lies at the end of Route 221.
