Welcome to the Sinnoh Underground, dig down to the core. The Underground is a network of tunnels found underneath some regions. Many Undergrounds are great places to find fossils and spheres and other various treasures. The Underground is not without its traps. However, there are six different areas in the Underground; each is accessible from different overworld locations. One of the main attractions of the Underground is the mining, which yields fossils and spheres of all kinds.

Secret Bases
The Underground is also where Secret Bases are found. The spheres dug up in the process of mining can be traded to explorers found throughout the caves for objects to furnish Secret Bases. Secret Bases can be created in any part of the wall using a Digger Drill. Every base has its flair and vibe, with the decorations being selected by its owner.
