It is known for having lots of wild plants on the island that Pokémon love to eat. The island is too small to have an airport or a seaport, so one has to reach it by surfing.

The beach is well-known to people who visit the island. The beach is well forested on its inner sides, though the ground and soil are mostly sandy, causing for a palm-tree forest to grow across the island. It grows lusher towards the center of the island, enveloping the island in a green carpet of trees.
