Pupitar was the second in line of Glemy's trained Pokémon in tandem with the New-Type girls. As such, the Pokémon is serious and stoic like Marida's Kshatriya... except when it comes to feeding time. The Pokémon, now called Papillon by Aila, is as much of a foodie as her owner. In so much that the Pokémon will often be seen trying to get into things for other tidbits and treats. Lately, the Pokémon has begun to come out of her shell and be a bit more joyous.

A Pokémon that Aila captured on accident, the girl was trying to eat a snowcone when the Pokémon made itself known to her. Startled, she defeated it in combat with Papillon and captured it. The idea of having a fighting ice cream cone is still a bit of an amusement to Aila, so she has kept the Pokémon ever sense. Named Banira, the Vanillite is rather bouncy and happy, often floating about the girl and her sisters and making silly faces.

With wider shoulders and hips that hint at a womanly frame as she ages, Aila has what most call an hourglass figure. She is a bit on the weighty side, hiding a plushy tummy under form-forcing clothing and grace. She has a full face and soft cheeks framed by white hair and windowed by violet eyes.

Her clothing consists of a tight buttoned dress that works as sort of a corset. Trimmed in fake fur at the collar and sleeveless, the outfit leaves nothing to the imagination as far as her assets go. She favors long gloves and boots and never goes anywhere without a plush beret that she absolutely adores.

Nordia saw the merger as a shrewd business move, as did Jaeygen Cruz. Not only did this bring her girls under the umbrella of Glemy Toto's New-Type training regime, but Aila was still young enough for the Cruz's pioneered New-Type training process to take root. Without any further hesitation, a second generation of New-Type began their schooling and Aila was on route to becoming just as ruthless in Pokémon strategy as her new sister Marida...

Aila was quickly shut away from her blood sister and was introduced to Marida. The newer girl proved to to excel at the training just as Marida did and improvements in the regime afforded her less of a loss of personality. Marida herself set a high bar, becoming a top contender in the Unova League, but Aila continued to work at the tests run on her. And for some years, for the three girls, this was their fate: all of them in some way driven to become the best Pokémon Trainer capable...

But after five years of trauma at the hands of Glemy Toto, her stepfather, and her mother received word by the way of a death certificate that Amaria Cruz had passed away. Having stayed in hiding all these long years, Amaria had given birth to Jaeygen's last children, the twins Elpeo and Purutu. Raising them in secrecy in Kalos, the woman's surprise death left Jaeygen their only relative and, thus, their guardian. Something in Marida snapped that day, when the eight year old girls showed up, confused by their surroundings and suddenly thrust into the same life style she had secretly come to despise.

Abhorring the thought of a third generation of New-Type, Marida lashed out shortly after the girls were brought to Nimbasa and Purutu was chosen to be the next to join them at Castelia's facility. Organizing an exodus with her stepsister, Marida's chilling rage and Aila's keen battle tactics were directed at the scientists and teachers surrounding them. Though unintentional, Jeagen suffered a heart attack as Marida and her Pokémon rampaged from Castelia to the Cruz Estate, and Nordia and Glemy only barely escaped with their lives. Marida and Shia then together spirited away the rest of their family, the five sisters together disappearing into the night.

Presently, the girls live in the outskirts of Lumiose City, Kalos. Though their shared trauma of harsh parents and relatives has left them all shocked and scarred, they have made a fresh start for themselves in the same cottage Amaria owned in Kalos.

New-Type: A stimulant and implanted ability that allows her synapses to process ideal battle methodologies faster than the rest. Though this ability is now weaker now that the implant aiding it has been removed, Aila is still keenly aware of battle methodology and skills.
