Pokédex Entry: A Pokémon with an attitude, Glaciare makes an incredibly strong fighter and offers a lot to people willing to find one. They are exceedingly loyal to their owners, often to the point of self-destruction.

A large canine, Glaciare is about the size of a Houndoom, though they look significantly bulkier due to all their fur. Said fur is a darker brown than Embrina's, with gray and bright orange patches mixed in. As with Embrina, this fur covers most of the Pokémon, with a large bushy tail being the main offender. Glaciare's unfurred bits are still white and patchy looking, though these patches are now light blues and teals instead of black. Shiny Glaciare are muted in color, with grays and dusty browns being the primary colors.

Etymology: Glaciare is a combination of the words glacier and flare.
Gender Differences: None.
Special Abilities: None.
Behavior: A pack animal, Embrina and Glaciare live in a matriarchal society. Packs can number as high as fifty before they begin to fragment off and form new groups. Glaciare are more reserved or solitary than Embrina, often remaining solidly in their pack's territory. Female Glaciare lead the packs, with the norm of one being the queen of the entire pack. All females are in charge of rearing pups, though, and defending Embrina is a serious job to them. Male Glaciare are typically hunt leaders.
Habitat: Siberia and far north Japan.
Diet: Small mammals and scavenged game.
