Pokédex Entry: They have vestigial wings on their back. It is believed at one point of time, they were capable of flight. Leosno live in small family groups in the frozen north of the world and are often poached for their soft fur.

Around the size of a Luxio, Leosno is a small feline with a very big attitude. Covered in lavender-white fur, they have tufted little ears that pop out of their head. Their mouth is jagged, giving them a bemused grin all of the time. Vestigial white wings sit on their back, just above their shoulders and a soft, poofy tail flicks back and forth on most days. Leosno is covered in dark purple rosettes. Shiny versions of the Pokémon are light blue instead of purple-ish.

Etymology: Leosno is a combination of the words leopard and snow.
Gender Differences: None.
Special Abilities: Leosno can survive under snow banks for extended amounts of time by digging air tunnels.
Behavior: Playful and curious, Leosno are often found in groups of three to five and they form little hunting troupes that venture across the snow-covered lands. They are very friendly to other Pokémon, and by extent somewhat towards humans, but they mostly play within their own race. Burrowing is a habit of theirs, and they build snow caves in the banks of fluffy white snow, digging warrens much like a Buneary might.
Habitat: Siberia and the snow-covered lands of Russia. Also northern Japan.
Diet: Omnivorous, but eats primarily fish and small mammals.
