Pokédex Entry: Inquisitive and intelligent, Fayrator along with its male counterpart, Vesperator, were terrors of the ancient world. Fayrator has exceptional eyesight and all revived specimens have shown adept ability at hunting and fighting.
Standing roughly shorter than a human, Fayrator are sleek reptilian creatures that are covered in downy purple feathers. Their sleek faces bear large eyes and eye cavities, suggesting superior eyesight. Their bellies are a whitish cream color, while the unfeathered portions of their skin are black. Shiny Fayrator are a tawny brown in color. Fayrator's bodies are lithe and well build, showing off sinewy muscle and all the ability to run for miles without tiring.
Etymology: Fayrator is a combination of the words faye, as in the fairy creatures, and raptor.
Gender Differences: None. Fayrator is an all female species. Vesperator is its male companion species.
Special Abilities: Fayrator's large brain cavity with its large leaning towards optical development suggests that Fayrator has increased eyesight. They are capable of seeing things that are invisible to the human eye, such as hidden Ghost-type Pokémon.
Behavior: Fayrator are curious creatures, often inspecting new things and learning quite quickly. Fayrator are very protective mothers, chasing people who harm their young to extreme distances. They are very dominating over their male counterparts, leading their packs in a matriarchal system.
Habitat: Vesperator are fossil Pokémon and are revived from the Scythe Fossil. These fossils are found in the Mongolian Region.
Diet: Small to large animals, depending on pack size.
