Pokédex Entry: Simayan spend all their time sparring with each other. Their aim is to show that they are the strongest in the group, and thus become the next leader.

Simayan are a head taller and more heavy-set than their previous Chimpoca forms, bodies becoming more swollen with muscle as they age and train. The Simayan sports a thick ruff over its chest and shoulders. Most notably, it has gained gold-colored metal bands around its wrists and ankles, as well as its tail and a thick gold-colored circlet with a polished red gemstone inlaid at the center of the forehead. Simayan are several times stronger than their predecessors.

Etymology: Simayan is comprised of simian and Mayan.
Gender Differences: None.
Special Abilities: None.
Behavior: Simayan are extremely combative Pokémon, though mostly with others of their band. Simayan keep Chimpoca in line with the authority of the band's Monkezuma and their own brawn, often putting more and more practice into their combat techniques to become more intimidating and showy, hoping to impress upon others that they should be next in line for leadership. As such Simayans constantly battle one another in various contests of strength and durability. They will endlessly seek ways to increase their ability, some mimicking human fighting styles if they are the urban-variety of band, others tying weights to their limbs in order to maximize their physical growth. Simayan will individually lead several Chimpoca in hunting and gathering, or thievery, at the command of their leader - and will come together with their rival Simayan to protect the band at all costs.
Habitat: Simayan can also be found in the jungles and forests surrounding the ruins of ancient civilizations. Due to the expansion of modern human business and living areas, they can sometimes be found raiding isolated villages to make homes in abandoned buildings, based on the decisions of their band's Monkezuma. In the absence of a Monkezuma, the strongest Simayan might lead the band to wherever it chooses, though it lacks the leadership and decision-making skills of a Monkezuma, resulting in bands of Chimpoca and Simayan straying almost anywhere.
Diet: Simayan will eat berries, fish, and insects. Those having taken over a building in a village or small city may find a taste for whatever human food they can steal, creating a wildly different diet due to their dietary adaptability.
