Pokédex Entry: Often believed to be the origin of western dragon mythology, Foratt are guardians of old world forests and woodlands. They are a rare and graceful sight, towering over most Pokémon and even some of the trees they defend.
A large dragon now, Foratt are friendly looking creatures and are often believed to be where western dragons found their roots. With maroon scales and green chest colorings, Foratt blend in quite well with the ancient forests they call home. The keratin grows on their body from their Drowler evolution have become larger, but they remain yellow. Horns on male Foratt are significantly larger than those on a female, but that remains the only definitive difference. Shiny Foratt are green, with brighter green bellies and brighter yellow-white keratin ornaments.
Etymology: Foratt is a combination of the words forest and Dratt.
Gender Differences: Female Foratt have smaller horns.
Special Abilities: Foratt have the power to summon seeds and plant weeds or new growth, like Dratt. They are also capable of growing larger things, like shrubs and trees, like Drowler. They are even capable of healing damaged swaths of land from product of deforestation.
Behavior: Calm, revered and benevolent, Foratt are the final form in the line starting from Dratt. They still harbor their love to all things plant-life, but it has now transcended from gardens and farming communities to forests as a whole. They live in orchards or in the deep forests of their regions, tending to the wildlife there with all the patience in the world. They are believed to be a good omen in most places and some communities have shrines or dens dedicated to Foratt so that the Dragons might come protect their forests and orchards for awhile.
Habitat: Orchards and forests in and around Europe.
Diet: Fruit and an adaptive form of photosynthesis.
