Pokédex Entry: Aliblador may seem lazy and slow, but it can become quite vicious in a matter of seconds if provoked. On lazy days, Aliblador like to bask in the sun, usually near the beaches..

A plump ole thing, Aliblador is a rotund creature that looks very much like a jiggly green truffle. The same lime color as its original form, Alibador adds additional bands of forest green and leafy growths to its appearance. Its facial structure remains mostly unchanged from Nawdile: a blunt snout and half-lidded eyes. Formidable claws have grown out on its feet and hands, neither of which can wrap fully around its fat belly. Aliblador are known to walk on both all fours and on their hind legs, but when walking on their hind legs, they tend to topple about like a wobble toy, so they don't do it as often.

Etymology: Aliblador is a combination of the words alligator and blade.

Gender Differences: None.

Special Abilities: The clamping power in their jaws allows an Aliblador to have a near perfect grip when they bite down, meaning once they've bitten something it almost never gets out of its grip. Since they feed by grabbing and holding onto their prey, they have evolved sharp teeth for piercing and holding onto flesh, and powerful muscles to close the jaws and hold them shut.

Behavior: Solitary creatures, Aliblador are evolved Nawdile whom have since left their Razorvile parents. They are almost always sighted in pods of juveniles, spending most of their time hunting and sunbathing as they float in the murky waters waiting for prey. It should be noted that they still retain the fiery attitude that Nawdile is known for. Even though they do not form social groups, many will congregate in certain section of a river, tolerating each other at times of feeding and basking. Most are not highly territorial, with the exception of the mature males, which will not tolerate any other males during the breeding seasons.

Habitat: Tropics, primarily in the eastern world's islands, but also found in the Amazon rainforest. Nevertheless, Nawdile are popular exotic pets, having lead to small populations in sewers and bayous in other countries.

Diet: Primarily carnivorous, eating mostly fish and amphibians, but has been known to eat vegetation when times are dire. They occasionally cannibalize Nawdile when times are short on food. Their diet is also greatly affected by the size and age of the individual within the same species. Newly evolved Aliblador hunt mostly fish, gradually moving onto larger prey.
