Pokédex Entry: Chimpoca, though typically naïve and clumsy, all aspire to become the leaders of their troops. Their brazen actions often lead them into trouble.
Chimpoca are two feet tall, and clearly primate in appearance with a long tail. They tend to have dusky grey fur spreading across their bodies, with lighter smokey grey fur covering their faces, bellies, and paws. Chimpoca are very strong for their size, and are easily underestimated. They are somewhat slow, being more concerned with strength and toughness than agility or speed. Chimpoca have small bands of some golden metal around their hair-tuft, arms, and ankles.
Etymology: Chimpoca is comprised of chimpanzee and Chimalpopoca.

Behavior: Chimpoca are brash and overconfident, often leading to making easily-avoided mistakes or tough situations. It is in overcoming these situations of their own naive making that Chimpoca become truly strong. Chimpoca often travel with their band, led by a solitary Monkezuma, a number of Simayan, and a larger number of their fellow Chimpoca. They spend much of their time getting into trouble and rough-housing.
Habitat: Chimpoca can be found in the jungles and forest surrounding the ruins of ancient civilizations. Due to the expansion of modern human business and living areas, they can sometimes be found raiding isolated villages to make homes in abandoned buildings, based on the decisions of their band's Monkezuma.
Diet: Chimpoca will eat berries, fish, and insects. Those having taken over a building in a village or small city may find a taste for whatever human food they can steal, creating a wildly different diet due to their dietary adaptability.
