Pokédex Entry: Rubblock build their own rocks by secreting and sculpting sediment. Rubblock use this ability to create nails, thorns and spikes along its protective rock shell.

Appearing to be a large boulder, like Shellock, Rubblock can vary in exterior appearance based on the stones and rocks available in their home region. That being said, all Rubblock's internal form appear the same. They are a small black gelatinous creature with red eyes. In this form, though, they have evolved small limbs which they use the manhandle the rocks forming their exterior shell. The excretions they excrete still hold their home shell together firmly, however, and still connect the interior body to the exterior shell. Lastly, some Rubblock form defensive measures for themselves by affixing spikes or determines along the outside of their shells.

Etymology: Rubblock is a combination of the words rubble and rock.
Gender Differences: None.
Special Abilities: Rubblock's Closed Form is triggered when the Pokémon knows the move [attack=withdraw]. It reverts back when the move is unlearned. Its Closed Form changes its stats as seen below.
Behavior: Similar to their pre-evolved forms, Rubblock tend to avoid human contact and live in places where humans would not generally be found, such as caves and canyons. They are a fair deal larger than Shellock and it is a fair deal harder to trip over something as large as a boulder. As such, they tend to go unnoticed by most travelers, even when in plain sight. Rubblock are slow moving creatures, dragging themselves along at a glacial pace to source new rocks and stones to add to their shell. When forced into a fight, they will shatter some of their rocks and make defensive spikes and nails along the exterior of their shell. Two Rubblock fighting over territory will inadvertently make new Shellock, as bits that fragment off of their own shells form into egg-like stones which later hatch and are born into new Shellock.
Habitat: Rubblock live almost exclusively in caves and canyons, or anywhere that loose rocks are in abundance. They have been sighted worldwide. That being said, they are most often found inland, away from shorelines and lakes, and they generally are sparse in areas with heavy rainfall.
Diet: Like Shellock, Rubblock absorb minerals from the earth and stones that make up their shell. When a stone is used in full, the now brittle rock is shed, making new dirt or sand, and the Rubblock finds a new rock to replace the lost once. they will eat man made food when they are raised by humans, but they tend to prefer their earthen delights. Unlike Shellock, Rubblock will also eat small invertebrates and insects that crawl over their rocks.
